Complete Health Osteopathy aims to provide a broad range of care to our patents. Our fully qualified and registered osteopaths pride ourselves on the diagnosis and treatment of musculo-skeletal problems and the rehabilitation of sports injuries. We aim to deliver a bespoke treatment to fit your individual needs given your specific mechanism of injury and circumstances, this makes the healing process as short as possible.
Our Osteopaths have experience in treating a wide range of conditions and welcome everyone from new mothers to babies, children through to the elderly, office and manual workers, sports enthusiasts and athletes.
At Complete Health Osteopathy not only do we strive to get you better as quickly as possible by trying to offer the most up to date rehabilitation methods we also believe in aiming for long term health and wellbeing. As part of working towards this goal we promote that routine osteopathic check-ups are beneficial much like you do with your teeth when visiting a dentist every 6 months. This is because the majority of injuries are caused by a build-up of negative influences that we struggle to avoid in our busy day to day lives. An osteopathic check-up can expose underlying problems and allow us to resolve them much quicker and more effectively meaning less painful episodes and discomfort for you, the patient.
Allied with that routine treatment can work to prevent the build-up of tension that can lead to wear and tear in muscles and joints in the long term. This is often described as being proactive rather than reactive about your health.
We pride ourselves on doing everything possible for our patients and work to meet their goals. Appointments outside of scheduled clinic hours to suit you are possible on request. We welcome healthy communication between patient and practitioner so if you ever have any questions related to your pain or treatment always ask us and we will try and explain everything to you so you can understand how to get the best results.
In both clinics evening appointments are available after work for your convenience.

Chris - Osteopath
Upon graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine Chris took up work in London and then Hertfordshire before moving back down to Dorset and setting up his own clinic in his home town of Blandford Forum. While this clinic began to grow Chris also took over from established osteopath, Anthony Bickley in Yeovil and works hard to offer a well-rounded osteopathic approach to all patients. In terms of treatment Chris initially built on his sporting background and developed his knowledge in sports injuries. Having worked in London for a few years Chris also built up a good understanding on work strain and how osteopathy can help all sorts of issues that arise whilst performing your day-to-day work. After a few years of being qualified he has also completed courses in cranial osteopathy and particularly enjoys working using this subtle technique on young babies with issues early on in life such as reflux.
An aspect of osteopathy that Chris loves is how versatile it can be meaning that Chris can adapt his technique to suit the individual.
Chris still remains active outside of work, going to the gym, running and enjoys walking his dogs along the Jurassic Coastline when the opportunity permits. He also retains a big interest in sport, mainly rugby but among others football, tennis, and cycling. Chris has entered himself for next year’s London Marathon and has hopes of completing his first triathlon and tough mudder over the next few years.
Vikki - Complimentary therapist
Vikki Seymour is a fully qualified aromatherapist and holistic massage therapist. Vikki committed to offering her clients a friendly, confidential and, ultimately, relaxing treatment. As a busy single mum Vikki knows the importance of making time for yourself, to take a break from the everyday stresses everyone faces and to the need to find space to totally relax.
Vikki has had a keen interest in massage for a number of years after suffering from a ‘bad back’ from a background of working with horses (and falling off of them!). Vikki found that a regular treatment, making time for herself to fully relax and taking responsibility for looking after her body made a huge difference to her health, for the better. She resolved to learn and qualify in massage therapy so she could help other people feel as good as she did.
Vikki currently offers aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head massage and reiki healing.

Nichola - Reflexologist
Nichola trained as a secondary school teacher and after 14 years of teaching turned her attention to holistic therapies after receiving and enjoying reflexology over a number of years. She found that the treatment relaxed her and allowed her to achieve deep relaxation and the ability to cope with everyday stresses between treatments.
Nichola is delighted to offer along with foot reflexology - hand, facial and fertility and maternity reflexology. All these treatments have the same aim, to help clients relax and to give the body a helping hand. Our bodies can become imbalanced with everyday stresses and the environment, reflexology aims to balance the body allowing it to function healthily and happily.
As well as the above Nichola is also qualified to teach baby and toddler reflex techniques to parents. Having 2 children herself she has found this invaluable and uses the techniques to relax her children and it has helped them with sleep issues, teething problems and stomach problems amongst others.
To achieve the ITEC level 3 Reflexology qualification it was essential to gain an ITEC level 3 in Anatomy and Physiology which sparked an interest in the whole body and how all the different parts of the body work together and uses this in her reflexology to tailor make treatments for all clients. She carries out a full consultation and lifestyle questionnaire to make sure that the client receives the most out of the treatment.
